What time are classes?

Classes are available every day of the week. Monday-Thursday we offer classes at 10am. Monday-Friday we offer classes at 7pm and 8pm.

Do I need prior experience to join classes?

No, students of all levels are welcome to join classes. The classes are structured in a way that allows students to work with any level of experience.

How much is the monthly membership?

We offer a two-day introductory option that allows students to try any classes before committing to a monthly payment. The monthly membership payment is $199.

What should I bring to my first class?

Bring clothing that you are comfortable working out in. No need to buy gear yet as we have loaners available.

How often should I sanitize my MMA gear?

You should sanitize your gear after every practice and let it air out as much as possible.

How do I prevent ringworm or a staph infection while training?

By keeping your gear clean. Showering immediately after practice and disinfecting any cuts on the skin with hydrogen peroxide.

Do you have an app?

Yes, we are in the App Store and Google Play as Shiva MMA. You can create your profile, sign the waiver, look at the schedule and book classes.
