Classes are available every day of the week. Monday-Thursday we offer classes at 10am. Monday-Friday we offer classes at 7pm and 8pm.

No, students of all levels are welcome to join classes. The classes are structured in a way that allows students to work with any level of experience.

We offer a two-day introductory option that allows students to try any classes before committing to a monthly payment. The monthly membership payment is $199.

Bring clothing that you are comfortable working out in. No need to buy gear yet as we have loaners available.

You should sanitize your gear after every practice and let it air out as much as possible.
